Construction Manager - M&E

Do you have proven Mechanical or Electrical Construction Management experience within a fast track construction company?

Are you fully familiar with the coordination of trade packages with the ability to process technical queries and requests for information?

Are you seeking challenges with a Construction Management or Design & Build working environment working closely with the project team to develop innovative solutions on fast track projects?

Then a position with this company could be the ideal opportunity for you. This is with the project delivery arm and has been responsible for managing the design and construction of the office buildings, retail malls and associated infrastructure that make up the estate.

The company is currently working on a number of major projects on the South Bank and on the Isle of Dogs, all of which are at different stages of planning and construction.

We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Construction Manager - M&E. Working with the Senior Construction Manager and project team; you will facilitate and oversee the work of mechanical and electrical activities.
