Business Process Operations Manager - Java / SQL knowledge - London - c£80k pa

Our major UK Financial client based in London is looking for an experienced Business Process Operations Manager to join one of their expanding teams.

You will be involved in all aspects of the operations process. Our client have a lot of manual systems that they are now in the process of automating and going digital.You will be involved in all aspects of rolling out new technology across operations from start to completion - Process Management, Business Analysis, Project Management etc. You will be meeting and dealing with Business Managers at all levels advising and explaining the processes and what is involved for them as well as ensuring business continues to run.

It is expected that you will have at least 5-6 years experience working as a Business Processl Operations Manager in a fast paced environment working in a hands on capacity.You will have excellent Process Management, Business Analysis and Project Manager skills and experience. It is also expected that you will have knowledge of Java and SQL,you will not be expected to develop code but understand it. Ideally your background will be from a Banking, Financial or Lending market.
