Programme Manager required for a financial services firm based in London.

The firm is a large, FTSE listed company with a great reputation among its clients, competitors, and the market it general. They have several business areas that are all doing extremely well and require a polished, experienced Programme Manager to join them.

Your role as Programme Manager will be to set up a series of coordinated workstreams to deliver IRB models, common technology, governance, operating model and processes where appropriate.

You will be responsible for ensuring the overall scope of the programme is clearly defined and delivered within approved deadlines and budgets.

A key aspect of the role will be managing the senior stakeholder relationships to aid in delivering the significant changes that are expected as part of the programme.

We are looking for someone with experience of running IRB / Credit Risk programmes, ideally with high complexity from initiation to competition.

To be considered for this position you must hold a relevant and recognised Project or Programme Management qualification (ideally, PRINCE2, MSP or PMP).

Given the scale of the programme, you will be expected to have experience of managing and leading teams.

It has been mentioned earlier in this ad however, building effective senior stakeholder relationships to executive project sponsor level is a vital skill you will have developed over the years.
