Construction Project Manager

This is a UK Wide Role - This role requires travel

Looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager, who must have experience in delivering in the Facilities Management arena. Ideally from a consultancy background you will be able to agree deliverables and discuss scenarios / alternatives and need to be commercially aware enough to steer the conversation. You will have a strong mixture of customer engagement and senior stakeholder management. This role is not for the faint hearted you need to be resilient and have delivered to tight timescales in a fast paced environment with multiple stakeholders. It is essential you are able to demonstrate knowledge and implementation of the NEC 3 suite of contracts. Membership of a construction related institute would desirable as would an APM Membership. A distinct advantage is delivering multiple small projects in the Construction arena. Must be able to be Security cleared, or have Security clearance.
