Project Manager

My Client based in Sunbury requires a Project Manager

Many digital technologies are in place across the business, but with ever increasing pace of change it is essential to spot the future waves of opportunity and digital development. The team looks at emerging digital innovation, working with the teams, academic institutions and start-up companies, among others, to scan the horizon for just such possibilities and to test and develop them in a context, ultimately driving for scale opportunities. Our current focus areas include cognitive computing - the most sophisticated form of artificial intelligence, advanced distributed ledger technologies (including blockchain) and robotics.

We manage a range of Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and Pilots - from 2-3 months through to full-year, all at an accelerated pace. The role of PM within DIO is to provide expertise through internal and external networking capability and professional analysis to deliver decision making support in the delivery of a portfolio of PoCs and Pilots, often across a range of technologies.

manage the pace of projects to ensure defined project plan key milestones are met and delivered on time and on budget,

support the engagement of identified partners ensuring project requirements are accurately incorporated in the SoW as well as confirming activities performed throughout the project are consistent with what has been contracted

Ensure necessary compliance and risk assessment are performed (i.e. Unity engagement)

Develop collateral including Terms of Reference, use case collateral, budgets, close out reports, etc. for project reporting and reviews

Plan and facilitate internal engagement meetings
