Our world-leading software client is seeking to recruit a Head of Infrastructure on a 18 Month FTC.

The Ideal candidate will be experienced in managing a team across various locations with and understanding of different cultures. You will have extensive experience of infrastructure management operating across multiple locations including both on premise and cloud services.

Experience of handling vendor, supplier relationships and able to communicate with external clients if required. Experience of Project cost modelling including CAPEX, OPEX, people and technical resource costs. Successful execution of Internal Audits and 3rd Party assessments

The role will require you the below duties.

Infrastructure project management and operations,

Manage a team of Global IT specialists to deliver.

Operational infrastructural support (Networking/Firewall/Incident management etc.)

Governance and continuous improvement across policies, legal, security, compliance and risk management best practices.

Ensure appropriate Infrastructure representation on the Change Control Board

Ensure Infrastructure Incident Response availability for 24/7 response

Incident Management - Perform Gold or Silver Command duties in simulated (or actual) business incidents.

Build investment cases for technical projects by working with key stakeholders including

delivery of projects within agreed timescales and budget.
