Senior Digital Marketing Analyst, Google Analytics, A/B testing, UX, CRO

Following a major re-structuring, a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst / CRO Specialist is needed to join our Oxfordshire based client during an exciting time of change and innovation.

The Senior Digital Marketing Analyst (CRO) will be joining a market leader in e-commerce platform technology and will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience with cutting edge web analytics tools such as Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize and many more.

The Senior Digital Marketing Analyst (CRO) will be responsible for optimising the website to drive conversion improvements and better user experience. The Senior Digital Marketing Analyst / Web Optimization Specialist will work in a small, agile, digital team at the forefront of the company’s digital strategy.

Essential skills and qualifications include:

           Hands on experience using A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize) and a deep understanding of best conversion practices

           Proficiency in using web analytics tools (Google Analytics/360, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, crazyegg)

           Advanced understanding of UX centric design practices

Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Senior Digital Marketing Analyst (CRO) include:

           Be proactive in analysing data and recommending improvements using the results as evidence

           Engage the audience using multiple test and experiment methods to gain first hand insights

           Work with the greater conversion and product team to help improve core products

           Be able to report back to senior management team with actionable outcomes

           Identify and help to improve key UX and UI improvements
