X4 are urgently recruiting for 2 Customer Process Improvement Lead contract roles at a leading client based in the Northamptonshire area. You'll be responsible for defining the customer process improvement roadmap, driving efficiency savings across customer service teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the wider organisation.

We're looking for highly experienced candidates who can demonstrate the following:

'€¢Proven background in creating process expertise across various business level'€¢Experience coaching process / continuous improvement methods (Six Sigma or Kaizen)'€¢End-to-end process mapping and reengineering using MS Visio or ARIS'€¢Knowledge / experience of Project & Change  Management methodologies'€¢Minimum of Green Belt certification'€¢Understanding of InfoSec and/or Robotics would be nice to have
