Excellent role on offer for a sheet metal fabricator looking to join a highly reputable, expanding engineering company that can offer you job security and excellent working conditions.

Do you have experience with sheet metal fabrication? Can you use a guillotine, brake press and other fabrication and metal working tools and equipment?

This well-established engineering company have been established for 76 years and since the company was formed it has expanded into many different areas including metal spinning, fabrication, press tooling and machining. They are committed to continual improvement and the adoption of new technologies to offer great efficiencies and a more comprehensive range of services to their clients.

Within this role you will be responsible for working with customers and the estimating team to produce the best possible solution for their requirements. You will be working within the fabrication side of the Machine shop where you will be a key member of the team. You will also be working alongside their very busy machine department where you will be expected to help with your expertise.

This role would suit an experienced sheet metal fabricator looking for a varied role whilst working for a stable yet growing business where you will have the opportunity for future career progression.

The Role:

* Sheet metal fabrication

* Working with Estimators and customers

* Lead Fabricator

* £13-£14.40 per hour + Pension + Progression + Excellent Benefits

* Monday to Thursday - 8 till 5 and Friday - 8 till 1

The Person:

* Sheet metal fabricator

* Must be able to work with all types of metal up to 6mm

* Must be able to read technical drawings
