SFDC Service Cloud Administrator - £45,000 + Benefits - London

I am currently working with a great end-user client seeking for a Salesforce Service Cloud Administrator with strong experience within this field. In this role you will need to have experience in managing and controlling the Salesforce database platform and have strong configuration skills. The successful candidate will be able to complete duties and task with confidence to maintain the Salesforce database as the ideal candidate would be the main point of contact for the Salesforce Service Cloud platform.

Required skills:

-Minimum 1.5 years Salesforce hands on experience (Service Cloud only!)

-SFDC Implementation experience

-Creating reports and dashboards

-Gathering business requirements

-Ability to create and manage workflows, validations rules and process flows

-Customising page layouts, objects and fields

-Setting up user profiles and managing records

-Creating documentation on processes and policies

-Understanding business processes

-SFDC implementation experience

-Good communication skills

-Strong Analytic skills

-Stakeholder management

-Salesforce certification is a plus!
