Studio Manager / Design / Digital Manager / Creative Manager / HTML / Video Editing / Website DesignMy client has just signed off a brand-new Studio Manager position in their Hertfordshire based office. The company itself is a is a full-service multimedia company. They provide designs for websites, email, make video edits, brochure designs and many more for their clients. They have won numerous awards in the last year and are quickly becoming one of the leading Multimedia agencies in the UK.Working closely with key stakeholders within the marketing, digital and project teams, this Studio manager will be responsible for ensuring that all jobs are effectively trafficked within the creative team and ensuring that all briefs are delivered on time and to budget.The studio manager will be:

'€¢Producing brochures, reports and market prospect for clients.'€¢Managing both print and web development projects for multiple clients.'€¢Oversea both the Digital; Web, Email, Social, Analytics' & Affiliated media as well as Print; Magazine, POS & Packaging, Graphic, web, digital design & development, Project Management, Art Direction, Creative Direction & general daily administration & co-ordination of the departments.

Key Responsibilities-

'€¢First point of contact for clients and suppliers.'€¢Building and maintaining strong, professional working relationships with clients of all levels.'€¢Negotiating and managing budgets.'€¢Liaising with the Company Director to handle the day-to-day and long-term schedule of the team. Ensuring correct resource allocation and effective time management per project.

'€¢Managing a team of designers and developers delivering projects for internal and external communication.'€¢Review processes, systems and tools to support and improve working practices and efficiency.'€¢Create responsive emails, HTML5 banner ads.'€¢Experience in Video editing using such tolls as Adobe premiere, Final Cut and I Movie.

Required Skills-

'€¢Experience in a studio management or creative production role.'€¢Management experience.'€¢Excellent planning, budget negotiation and time management.'€¢Managing multiple projects.'€¢5+ years experience managing a creative studio.'€¢Background in Video editing .'€¢HTML - Nice to have.'€¢Hands on web development experience.

The role is offering a competitive salary of £40-45k per annum along with an excellent benefits package.
