Are you looking to lead the Maintenance department of an industry leading manufacturer, with a clear scope for progression, excellent benefits and a competitive salary?

You will be the go-to Manager in ensuring all Maintenance processes run as smoothly as possible and ensure continuous improvement is carried out to enhance efficiencies across the company.

The company are a market leader, recognised and specialise in the manufacture of Aluminium Extrusions. They design, Manufacture and supply to 8 highly profitable industry secotrs. Widely known for their innovative design and unrivalled levels of service, the business is looking to boost there engineering team further, as they continue to dominate the marketplace.

This role would suit a Maintenance Manager who is looking for a diverse, rewarding and challenging position, working for a market leading company.

THE ROLE

* Implement PPM and RM across the manufacturing facility

* Manage a specialist team of 4 Engineers

* Utilise relevant tools such as RAMS, LMRA etc

THE PERSON

* Previously managed a team

* Background in Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance

* Strong leadership around EHSQ issues
