Programme Manager Digital Channels - Insurance ; up to 70K SEK; Stockholm

An innovative and prestigious financial service organisation based in Stockholm are undergoing a number of major transformations across the business, including a huge digital prgramme delivery. The overall objectives of the program contribute to this by developing people's digital capabilities so that we get greater appreciation, improved service, increased sales and improved claims management. The digital parts of customer contacts are an important part of this and the program aims to contribute to a strategic move where digital channels are part of a well-functioning Omnichannel experience and truly meet customers' high expectations for digital services.

The company is now looking for someone to join in order to drive their digital agenda forward across the business from a technical perspective as well as building a digital/agile culture.

In this role you will:

* Manage and lead development efforts within the framework of project / program directives and project / program plans as well as requirements and solution description or equivalent assignment descriptions and plans

* Drive development efforts according to common principles and policies

* Ensure high delivery focus by creating clarity in expectations, a good working environment characterized by job satisfaction and close collaboration within the various teams within the program.

* To coordinate and follow the program's in-depth projects and related line activities to achieve defined goals

* Identify any problems and needs of changes in the program

* To report continuously to Group Management, Program Management Group, Clients and stakeholders

* To carry out risk analyzes, program-level reviews

Qualifications:

* University / University or comparable experience that ensures relevant knowledge skills for the business area, and good analytical ability that will enable further development
