What a wonderful job opportunity this is. This is to work with one of the UKs premier high specification residential developers, working on a £1b+ property development. The phase that they are now at is valued in excess of £100m.

The opportunity has now arisen for a Senior Construction Manager to join this project/ company. We are looking for a person that will have worked in a similar position delivering high specification residential projects in and around the London area, being either a no.1 or no.2 on the project.

It will be essential that you have experience of delivering a construction project from conception through to topping out. You must come from a hands on background and also be very good at the administrative aspects of the job.

Summary (must have experience)

* Managed multiple high specification residential projects (circa £100m) past and present as a No.1 or No.2;

* A good communicator, with a track record of managing staff, the end client and delivering a high end project successfully, on time and to budget.

* Equally competent and delivering the project (on site), and completing all the associated paperwork to a high level.

Remuneration

Depending on experience they can pay between £70-95k per annum salary, plus a great benefits package.
