Programme Manager/Solution Delivery Urgently required for a well established ever growing business based in Watford, My client is looking for a Candidate who has experience across supply chain ideally with JDA WMS or Manhattan WMS, You will be Manage the solution delivery based programmes along with Managing Various global teams along with PM`s BA`s and various other skilled Employees across the business. You must be a leader who has experience across multiple IT based Programmes.

Requirements

-Supply chain/ Logistics

-WMS (warehouse management Systems) Programme experience

-Over 10 yrs experience as a Programme Manager

-Strong Stakeholder managments skills

-Business

-Deep knowledge of the software delivery lifecycle including application development, technologies/platforms, frameworks, project management and/or other methodologies applicable to assigned domain

-Recognized thought leader for one or more practices or technical capabilities within assigned domain

-Ability to lead, motivate and direct multiple, geographically distributed work groups comprised of disparate skills

-Strong performance management skills to include coaching, goal setting, holding team members and self accountable for commitments

-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding and fluid environment, remains calm under pressure, demonstrates excellent conflict management skills

-Highly developed verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work up and down the organization, able to influence others to achieve results

-Strong desktop productivity suite skills
