Our client is currently searching for a Semiconductor Process Engineering Manager to lead the business and be responsible for the wafer process development engineers and product engineers. The role will involve ensuring robust performance management and driving continuous improvement programs. Utilising six sigma and planning techniques will be required as well as drawing up technology roadmaps.

Required experience for the Process Engineering Manager will be as follows,

- Strong leadership and managerial experience within a semiconductor environment

- III-V device knowledge beneficial

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Engineering Degree in Electronic Engineering / Physics or equivalent
