My client are an exciting company based just outside of Oxford and are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has worked on Cross-functional projects

Day to day responsibilities:

-Preparing and presenting compelling technical pitches with regard to new and ongoing projects to a diverse range of audiences and cultures

-Negotiating specifications and management of new project implementations

-Using planning and tracking tools such as MS Project and Jira to develop project plans with relevant teams

-Managing major subcontracts and material procurement to ensure successful delivery of projects

-Developing and maintaining an appropriate risk management plan

-Project controlling and reporting, demonstrating cost schedule and performance against budget

-Liaising with marketing and sales teams to develop a captivating product launch plan

What you need to be:

-An experienced Project Manager

-Possess energy, enthusiasm and a flexible approach

-A strong relationship builder with excellent communication and presentation skills

-Enjoy understanding customer requirements and turning them into solutions

-Deliver solutions, on time and within budget

-Well organised and handle priorities accordingly

-Easily deal with constant changes

-Have a mechanical or electronic background

-Have an understanding of how software functions

-Have an understanding of product development

-Have hands-on experience in project management / techniques

Knowledge of one or more of the following:

Experience with Project Management standard (PMI and/or Prince2)

Full literacy in MS Project as well as Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Agile development approach

Desirable but not mandatory

Bachelor's degree in the engineering related areas (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics and Software)
