Team Lead/Contract/Cornwall/3 months/Change Management/Reward Management/

Spring Technology is currently recruiting for an Information, Performance and Reward Team leader to work with our client in Cornwall. This is a 3 month contract role looking for a candidate to start as soon as possible. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall management of the team including team planning, monitoring and managing performance

Main tasks will include:

*To manage the maintenance and development of the Performance and Development system and Reward Framework.

*Lead the development and use of People and Organisational Development (workforce) information across the organisation through the creation of a reporting infrastructure and related activities to significantly improve the business intelligence (BI) use in the client's site.

*The role will lead the whole business to shift to a management culture characterised by sustainable and integral data analysis and interpretation processes.

*The role is required to lead analysis, commentary and interpretation of workforce information in order to inform business decisions, changes and improvements.

Essential skills include:

*A capable leader with a technology background; able to draw upon solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills to effectively deliver the requirements of the role.

*Success in developing and implementing performance management arrangements including appraisals aimed at improving employee engagement and organisational performance

*Success in developing and implementing employee reward systems e.g. systems which link pay to performance

*Experience of use of appropriate testing techniques, methodologies and tools including tools used for data extract, transformation & loading of data.

*Possesses knowledge, understanding and experience in the operation of large IT systems such as ERP.

*Extremely IT literate in use of MSOffice and other data analysis software.

*Knowledge, understanding and proven experience of the application of project managements tools and techniques and

*Has a good knowledge of best practice change management and organisational development and utilises this for the development of a people informatics strategy and performance and reward systems

*Competent at maintaining security and confidentiality and can demonstrate a good understanding of the principles and practice of data protection

*Exceptional analytical skills and mastery of workforce informatics, underpinned by a higher level degree or appropriate level of relevant experience.

*Excellent executive presentation skills; ability to distil and present actionable information from complex research.

*The individual must have significant experience in development of workforce informatics; utilizing, creating, and defining systems and processes to support implementation.
