What do I need to do to work in such a place I hear you say?

We need a Release Management Analyst, focussing on SERVICE INTRODUCTION.

*Experience in Continual service improvement methodologies

*Understanding of the Project lifecycle

*Understanding of methodology Waterfall and Agile development

*A qualification in ITIL v3 Capability - Release, Control & Validation would be GREAT but not essential if you already have the hands-on experience

This job will keep you busy, operational experience of an ITIL aligned Service Introduction function will be KEY
