Spring Technology is currently looking for a Senior EUC Engineer. This is a new exciting Permanent opportunity based in Coventry.

We are looking for a motivated Senior Technical Specialist to act as a subject matter expert (SME) responsible for contributing to the design, build and implementation of end user computing solutions which meet Business needs. You will contribute to the effective governance of project deliverables to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and adhere to the IT Infrastructure roadmaps and architectural strategy. Carrying out, when necessary, problem determination and incident resolution for project based activities.

To be successful in the role we are looking for you to have significant exposure of delivering IT services and solutions to a mission critical environment relating to the end user computing environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in;

*Designing and implementing end user computing solutions

*Change control, release procedures and tools.

*The ITIL based service management framework

In addition the ideal candidate will be;

*Proficient in modern desktop technologies

*Experienced in end user mobility

*Skilled in enterprise printing concepts and technologies

*Highly accomplished in office productivity tools, including cloud based solutions

*Skilled in Microsoft client operating systems including Windows 7 and above

*Capable with Active Directory Group Policies

*Skilled in anti-virus concepts and technologies
