Dynamics 365 Senior Project Manager, £65,000 DOE

You will have proven experience of managing the delivery of complex and challenging CRM projects. Experience of the Not for Profit sector is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

*

Be responsible for the delivery of high-quality CRM projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget.

*

Lead the development of relevant project processes and documentation, including project roadmaps

*

Liaise with PMO administrators to ensure projects are billed regularly and accurately

*

Determine the needs of each project and the required business resources to implement CRM systems, clarifying and defining the strategy and objectives of each Client

*

Planning and executing the implementation of CRM, providing regular progress updates to the client

*

Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Client's organisation, business needs and challenges of their business sector

*

Leading project communication and best practice throughout the system implementation

*

Ensure expectations between the client and the business are set well and maintained throughout the life of the project

*

Identify potential challenges to the project and communicate with the Implementation Team and Client appropriately to alleviate risk to the project and ensure it is delivered per agreed timescales and cost

Knowledge and Work Experience

*

Strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM product experience, ideally with CRM 2015, 2016 or Dynamics 365

*

Have been involved in the delivery of at least five major Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects

*

Experience in managing budgets of over £200k+

*

Ability to manage multiple projects at any one time

*

Be comfortable with home-based working

*

Knowledge of CRM usage in Browsers, Outlook, Tablet and Mobile Applications

Desirable

*

Experience within the Not for Profit sector

*

Have previously worked in a Microsoft Gold Partner environment

*

Presales experience

*

Previous experience in a Team Leader/Management role

*

Basic understanding of related technologies such as Microsoft SharePoint

*

Microsoft Certifications in Microsoft CRM 2016 and above

*

Experience of managing SharePoint, Custom Portal/ADX Studio projects

*

Experience in consulting on software products, business analysis and requirements gathering

*

Come from a consulting background or understand the basic principles of how to customise CRM forms, views, workflows, business rules, charts, and dashboards

*

Experience of and/or ambition to move into a line manager role

Special Circumstances of role

To be able to work flexible hours as and when required. Travelling to client sites will also be an integral part of the role, so the successful candidate should be comfortable with occasional overnight stays away from home.
