Senior Relationship Manager

The Role

The Senior Relationship Manager will be based with a leading financial services company in London on an initial 6 month contract, the day rate on offer is between £350-450/day.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and pro-active self-starter looking for a challenge. The successful candidate will lead and manage colleagues based across the UK to support the migration of clients from their current online platform onto the new online channel.

Core Responsibilities

* Manage, motivate, develop and appraise team members as required

* Assume responsibility for project, co-ordinating plans and resources to achieve agreed deliverables within the required time, cost and quality parameters

* Ensure client treatment and other regulatory requirements are met and are compliant with the business

Essential skill set/experience

* Minimum 10 years' experience as a Relationship Manager or similar position

* Previous experience managing/leading a team

* Must have a solid background within banking/financial services

* Previous experience on a large migration project is highly desirable

* Excellent stakeholder management skills
