A global information company is currently recruiting for a Senior Service Operations Manager to join their team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing area of the business which will give you the opportunity to work on greenfield projects in an expanding team

Information about the role

This role is a global service role that will see you responsible for ensuring the successful evolution of a partnership programme. You will be managing relationships with clients and service providers helping the organisation come up with a more structure approach. You must also monitor and review partner work performance, conduct root cause analysis on issues, track performance of the programme.

Information about the candidate

The ideal candidate must have significant experience in Partner management and Operations/ Project Management. You must also be good at working with a remote workforce and have an eye for details, figures and analysis. You should also have experience of resource planning. A finance qualification or business degree is desirable as well as experience with a CRM system.

Information about the package
