A global manufacturer are seeking a Finance Manager to join their team near Cardiff. If you have the ability to implement analysis based investment decisions, then you could be the Finance Manager that we've been looking for.

What will you be doing?

As a Finance Manager, you will provide leadership in producing timely strategic and operational financial data to support the business plan and needs of the business. You will be an integral part of the Senior Management team who are focused on future plans and ultimately continued business growth, then we want to hear from you.

What skills/experience should you have?

* Qualified accountant - CIMA/ACA/ACCA with a minimum of 3 years PQE and ideally be degree educated.

* Commercial outlook, comfortable focusing on enhancing performance and identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and margin improvement.

* Enthusiastic to be involved with all aspects of business operation, bringing advice, opinions and willing to challenge existing practices.

* Ability to initiate and implement change to support the overall strategic plan.

* Experience of manufacturing processes.
