CNC Programmer (Process Improvement)

Are you a CNC Programmer looking to progress into a process improvement role with training and development on offer?

Is a role where you will manage all CNC programs for the shop floor but also focus on improving production processes and quality.

You will work in a modern CNC manufacturing environment and continuously improve their production processes using LEAN and quality tools. You will also be involved in design, improvement and testing of jigs and fixtures for production.

This role would suit a CNC Programmer with an understanding or experience of continuous improvement / LEAN manufacturing.

The Role:

-Review and improve production processes using LEAN & Quality Tools

-Participate & Advise in Design, Testing and improvements of tooling

-CNC Programming

-Training available

The Candidate:

-Engineering qualification or background

-CNC Setting & Programming experience

-Knowledge of LEAN / NPI or other quality methodologies advantageous
