Design Manager - North West

Design Manager required as the company I am working worth is looking to diversify and expand throughout the North West. This opportunity has materialised through organic growth and their focus on developing work in the North West. This will provide you with long-term work, job security, and the opportunity to work on a leading, high value project. As well as this they will actively promote your personal development through the Design Management function.

The client has a great reputation of rewarding and empowering their staff, they are ahead of the industry in regards to staff retention.

Essential requirements:

- Proven track record working as a Design Coordinator / Design Manager for a well-known main contractor

- Must have design managed schemes up to £30m

- Excellent technical knowledge, leadership and management skills are essential

- Must be commercially aware

- Educated to a high standard (Degree or equivalent)

- UK Driving licence essential

Salary

£55,000 - £60,000 dependent upon experience +excellent benefits package
