Proteus Europe is searching for a Programme Manager available to work in along term contract for one of our clients in London.

Your New role :-

The Company strategy has identified as one of its highest value, long-term levers the introduction of an exciting and market leading loyalty programme. The new loyalty programme will be piloted in 2017 and launched in the UK in 2018, as a pathfinder CVP launch for our global Retail Loyalty community to benefit from in future deployments. This role will be working within a dedicated project team, driving this significant change in the business and ensure that the proposition is designed, developed, launched and operated in a way that delivers the best possible customer experience and engagement as well as the bottom-line value associated with increased customer. The position exists to support the development and bringing to market the next generation of Company Retail Loyalty Programme, which will replace the successful current UK Loyalty scheme.

The role will have two key components to it:

1. The successful candidate will undertake a Loyalty BA role within a Retail environment and be accountable for the delivery of some of the critical business readiness workstreams required for both the project basic pilot, extended pilot and the market launch. This is likely to include data governance, the design and implementation of a training programme and ensuring that legal and compliance standards are adhered to.

2. The current project PM/Agile scrum master role is managed on a 50% basis by another team. Some of the resources time (c. 30%) would be used to support the role across a complex project with multiple workstreams, dependencies and stakeholders, to enable a successful delivery.

Your Skills and Qualifications :-

Essential Skills :-

- Candidates should be experienced in the field of customer loyalty programmes and customer marketing, including a good understanding of the business systems, processes and data associated with a Loyalty programme. - A background in a Retail environment would be a significant benefit to the role.

- Experience in designing and implementing a critical programme to market.

- The role also requires project management skills to work alongside a part time Project Manager.

- Understanding and experience of managing and driving a project through the Agile (Edge) methodology. This would include support refining the backlog, prioritizing the user stories and ensuring collaborative agreement with the delivery team on sprint goals; ensuring the user stories are completed correctly.

Preferred

- Change leadership experience

- A familiarity with CRM and Loyalty solutions (Adobe)

- Business readiness experience in delivering a complex project.

- The candidate should be focused on how the Company can manage manage Data Protection in accordance with the Binding Corporate Rules and relevant data feeds to third parties and suppliers - Experience in developing Marketing CVPs in alignment with IT systems and complex technology platforms.

Soft Skills Essential

- Success depends upon collaboration with both the core team and an extensive group of stakeholders.

- The planning and execution of a complex, intricate, interdependent set of changes to our systems and processes which support the Loyalty programme.

- Passionate about customer experience and able to overcome barriers to deliver a better experience

- Effective and energetic shaper and contributor to teams

- Proactive team member, who is a self-starter and able to contribute quickly.

Preferred - Knowledge of use of data and analytics within a loyalty program -General commercial acumen, business case economics and measurement of KPIs
