A insurance company based in Kings Hill, Kent are seeking a development team lead to come and join their growing IT team and spearhead their development moving forward with the opportunity to lead greenfield projects and move your career forward.

For the role you will still remain slightly hans on so you'll need to be a strong developer within C# language and have extensive development experience using a range of front end tech which includes:

* HTML

* JavaScript

* AngularJS

As part of your day to day responsibilities you will of course as you expect from a team lead role, be leading a team of developers and ensuring that projects are being completed in a timely and professional manager to ensure those waiting on projects to be completed are kept in the loop and whether they're going to be waiting for a complete project and provide reasons why.

On top of the leadership responsibilities you'll also be given some mentorship responsibilities to mentor junior and graduate developers with minimal commercial experience to ensure their development careers start in a positive manner; giving them any guidance and assistance that they need.

A huge part of your day to day work will include holding regular team meetings and ensuring the agile way of working is adhered to at all times. With this in mind, daily reports are expect to be provided to your direct line manager and these will also give feedback to the developers about their current work progress and whether they are on track with their projects or not and where they can improve to better themselves.
