Spring Technology are currently recruiting for the position of HR Business Partner (HRBP)/ Project Lead to be based within the West Midlands for up to 6 months.

Purpose of the role:

You will be a vital source of support for the completion of a number of projects over the next 6 months, for you will be supporting brand new projects in conjunction to finishing partially completed projects.

You will utilise your project management skills to deliver HR solutions within the confines of monetary and time constraints.

You will lead on both Learning and Development, and organisational restructure projects; whilst also leading a GDPR project (keeping the HR function compliant).

It will also be part of your senior role to lead on the SMCR (Senior Management and Certification Regime) project, establishing HR processes, training the HR team, reviewing policies and consulting with the business to review and develop a high volume of new job descriptions.

You will support the HR team with ad hoc business partnering work such as supporting senior level recruitment / selection processes, senior / complex case management / employment contract reviews.

Requirements:

- Experience as HR lead on previous SMCR (Senior Management and Certification Regime) projects

?- Project management skills (PRINCE2 qualification desirable)

?- Significant HR Business Partnering experience and expertise

?- Past experience working within an SME and/or financial services company would be advantageous

?- Relationship management skills

?- Knowledge and previous experience of banking / financial services and associated regulation
