Are you a Graduate Quantity Surveyor looking for training, progression and personal development?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to progress into a fully-fledged Quantity Surveyor where you will be invested through external courses. You can expect to learn and develop with in the role and over time you will learn new systems and progress into a Commercial Manager.

This role would suit a driven, dynamic Graduate QS who is looking to learn, progress and develop.

This construction group are growing rapidly and are looking to expand their commercial team. This is a great opportunity to join a multi-million pound company where you will be part of a small growing team where you go rapidly progress into a senior role.

THE ROLE

*Cost consulting, Cost planning and commercial management throughout the entire life cycle of the project from inception to post-completion

*Value determination

*Risk management and calculation

*Procurement advice and assistance during the tendering procedures

*Tender analysis and agreement of the contract sum

*Commercial management and contract administration

THE PERSON

* Graduate with knowledge of Quantity Surveying

* Looking for training and development
