Overall deliverable

· Creation of a sustainable process and supporting culture to ensure robust DR (recovery of key apps) in DCs.

Program Management responsibilities include governance, alignment, assurance, management, integration, optimization, tracking, finances, infrastructure, planning, and improvement across entire project/program portfolio. Responsible for the leadership of PM resources, direction over assigned portfolio and management of significant programs and projects (e.g., strategic change management, new business and product initiatives, process re-engineering, establishment of control procedures) within and across entire business unit or functional area. Sometimes referred to as internal consultants, individuals work on multi-disciplinary, multi-stream and complex programs and require a broad knowledge of the firm and its key functions. Assembles project teams, assigns individual responsibilities, develops project schedules and is responsible for determining and acquiring resources needed.

Must be familiar with the entire scope and requirements of portfolio, programs and associated set of project(s) and serves as liaison between team members and functional area management requesting portfolio and programs. Within the program office, incumbents use knowledge of the development lifecycle to monitor and ensure completion of portfolio / program project objectives and schedules.
