Quantity Surveyor

Company: National Contractor

Location: Birmingham - with travel to sites in the Midlands

Salary: Up to £40,000 + car or allowance, pension, health

The Opportunity

A Quantity Surveyor is required to work for a successful division of a national contractor on a long term framework. Reporting into the Commercial Manager, you will oversee multiple projects ranging from £50k to £5m, ranging from small refurbishments to new build and extensions.

Quantity Surveyor Key Requirements

* A minimum of 5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying.

* Knowledge of PPC2000 contract is highly desirable.

* Previous exposure to working with the MOJ would be extremely beneficial.

* Must have previous site based experience.

* Excellent client facing skills.

* Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

* Educated to a high standard.
