The day to day responsibilities for this role will be to lead a growing team and ensure all orders are executed in a timely and efficient manner. The successful candidate will be pivotal in improving the production department and hitting company growth targets.

The Role:

*Leading a 25 person production team

*Implementing improvements across the Production process

*Working alongside the Warehouse & Logistics teams

The Person:

*Prior experience in a Production Manager/Supervisor position

*Knowledge of lean manufacturing

*Experience working in a manufacturing environment
