Mechanical HVAC Estimator / Contracts Manager

Leicestershire, Commutable from Loughborough, Wigston, Coalville, Nottingham or Melton Mowbray

£35,000 - £42,500 + Training + Company Pension + Car + Laptop + Mobile

Are you a Mechanical Estimator from a HVAC background looking to join a well-established company, where you will work alongside the Director, on a variety of projects?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company where you will work with global market leaders throughout their projects within the UK, rewarded with excellent technically challenging training and development schemes.

This is a rapidly expanding company that are currently going through a period of growth requiring someone of experience to bring their knowledge to the team.

This position will suit a Mechanical Estimator from a HVAC background.

THE ROLE

· Project Managing accounts, mostly covering the midlands with occasional nationwide coverage (Office Based)

· Estimating Projects in both the Domestic and Commercial Environments.

· Reviewing technical drawings ensuring they are to specification.

THE PERSON

· Must have experience in Plumbing / Heating / HVAC Installations

· Must have experience in Estimating or preparing costs for Projects
