Engineering Manager (Telecoms/fibre optics)

Fixed term contract - Until 31st March 2019

Jersey - Relocation fees provided - Interviews held via telephone/Skype

£65000 + Accommodation provided + £292 monthly food allowance+ £200 per month travel allowance + paid holiday + Private Health Insurance - Flights and Bonus Scheme (bonus scheme up to )

Monday - Friday 40 hour week (overtime available)

Are you an experienced Telecoms Engineering Manager? Are you looking for your next immediately available contract role? My client is a leading telecoms company. They are seeking an engineering manager for a first of its kind prestigious project. This is an excellent opportunity to earn good money with all expenses paid and a number of added incentives including private healthcare, a bonus and loyalty scheme and a monthly food allowance, as well as a travel allowance to visit friends and family.

The successful candidates will have experience of overseeing the management of large scale Fibre Optics projects, including driving field engineering teams and ensuring best practice is met In terms of quality and health and safety.

The role:

*Driving productivity to ensure financial adherence to project business case

*Overseeing logistical and productivity based activities on a large scale fibre installation project

*Managing cross functional teams including planning, engineering and civils

The person:

*Experienced engineering manager who was worked previously in field management fibre installation projects

*Good understanding of financial and budgeting principles

*Able to commit to project length staying away in Jersey and immediately available/Short notice period
