Are you a Process Manager from a Manufacturing background with knowledge of Polymers looking for a leading role working on a range of bespoke projects within a highly reputable international company?

On offer is the role of Process Manager where you will play an integral part in the success and development of this global business who offer ongoing opportunities for progression and development.

This company are a worldwide market leading organisation boasting an outstanding reputation within their industry specialising in Polymer Engineering. They are constantly pioneering new technologies and constantly expanding due to increasing customer demand.

You will be the principle point of contact on a range of bespoke projects managing and growing your own team of highly skilled process engineers.

This role would suit a Process Manager from a Manufacturing background with knowledge of Polymers looking to have a direct impact on the success of a global company who will invest in your long-term.

The Role:

·Principle role as the main point of contact within the technical process teams

·Leading and expanding a team of Process Engineers to deliver bespoke engineering solutions

·Identify opportunities for CI in order to influence and embed an efficient and sustainable processes

The Person:

·Process Manager from a Manufacturing background with knowledge of Polymers

·Experience and knowledge of anti-vibration beneficial but not essential

·Looking for a principle role within an international and market leading organisation
