Programme Manager - IT Systems Implementation - West Yorkshire - up to £70,000 + W Pension

Our client is a dynamic organisation undertaking a complex programme as part of a bigger change initiative. They are seeking a strong Programme Manager to lead a programme of work to implement the delivery a new CRAM solution. You will have the ability to liaise effectively with key stakeholders and have a real ability to understand customer needs. The organisation is well know for utilising the latest technologies and tools and collaborate with other organisations across the world in their solutions.

Reporting to the Head of IT & Systems Change you will be assigned manage a large programme running across the business. This will incorporate the management of internal teams and external RD Parties.

The main responsibilities of this role are to liaise with project/programme stakeholders, manage resources within the project and manage the delivery of the project from initial concept through to delivery.

The successful candidate should be highly organised and motivated with good communication and team skills, and to be experienced in having managed programmes in a structured environment.

Key Skills

* Highly experienced in managing complex IT Programmes

* Experienced in Programme Methodologies - MAP, Prince

* Experienced managing infrastructure teams in a matrix environment

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management
