Are you a Production Engineer from a Joinery / Carpentry background? Are you looking to take the next step in your career and come off the tools?

This company specialise in commercial fit outs for a number of Blue Chip clients such as; Nike, Top Shop, Red Bull and The Design Museum. They offer a range of services from carpentry and joinery to 3D Design and Project Management. Due to their continual success and growth they require a Production Team Leader to join their expert team.

In this varied role you will work alongside the Production Management team to maximise the potential of the department. You will be responsible for material procurement and negotiation, producing workshop schedules and scheduling deliveries. You will have the opportunity to progress into a Production Manager role and develop your own team.

This role will ideally suit a Workshop Engineer from Joinery that is looking to come off the tools and start moving into management, within a Leading company where you can quickly progress and put your mark on the role.

The Role:

* Assisting the Production Management team in optimising the department

* Material procurement and negotiation

* Resource planning and scheduling deliveries

* Attending client and site visits

* £28'000 - £32'000 + Pension + Training + Progression + Benefits

The Person:

* Proven experience in Joinery Production

* Awareness of Health & Safety practices

* Looking to build a career
