Due to business growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for multiple Programme Managers to join a world leading security and technology service provider who have invested billions of pounds in their services working with the most high profile clients on the most cutting edge projects

The Role

* Define, articulate and realise strategic benefits

* Understand the market the Business is operating in, able to analyse and predict trends and changes

* Take lead on new business opportunities and capability developments

* High impact customer facing programme intervention

* Strong & effective influencer of client strategy and spend - for mutual benefit of client

* Excellent communicator, able to sell the brand and portfolio in a compelling manner

* Manage the interdependencies between projects, and between projects and business as usual

* Monitor projects, programmes and portfolio against time, quality, cost, risks and issues KPIs

* Act as Performance Development Manager for Project Managers within the team

* Ownership of business improvement initiatives

* Proactive implementation of new corporate standards and toolsets

* Review and authorise project progress through the life cycle gates in line with corporate guidance

Key Accountabilities

* Strong, visible leadership across the PM discipline

* Drive and determination to achieve strategic benefits

* Broad and deep understanding of the PM discipline

* Excellent communication and influencing skills; and an ability to tailor your style to audience requirements

* Proven record of delivery in high profile IT and/or high technology programmes

* Provide an environment of continuous improvement and development

* Experience of running and owning a sales CRM system

* A minimum of 10 years working as a project professional running complex multi-stakeholder programmes

Desirable Qualifications

* Degree level educated or equivalent in relevant discipline

* APM, Prince 2, MSP Project Management Qualification and Agile experience

* Significant experience in service oriented environments, IT programmes or product development environments
