£47,000 to £52,000 + Progression + Training + Flexitime + Private Healthcare + Pension + Holiday

Excellent opportunity for a Project Manager from a manufacturing background to join a market leading worldwide orgainisation that is offering a challenging, long-term career opportunity to progress and work on a variety of projects.

The company design and manufacture bespoke electronics solutions for a wide range of markets and applications. They are going from strength to strength within their sector and are winning a large number of prestigious and large scale projects.

In this role you will be responsible for On Time In Full delivery of on-going and new manufacturing programmes while being the main point of contact for the customer base regarding large projects in manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced project manager with experience in a manufacturing field. Experience in the electronics industry would be beneficial.

The Role:

*Delivery of manufacturing programmes to time, cost and quality

*Develop the ops programme management process, infrastructure & resources while highlighting conflicts in a timely manner

*Ensure all programmes align to the existing business processes

*Act as point of escalation for customer issues within individual programmes

*Help, manage and motivate the programme teams along with Production and Engineering Managers

The Person:

*Degree qualified or similar

*Experience of working with Mil Stds and Def Stans desirable

*Experience of managing manufacturing projects and international customers

*Experience managing a multi-disciplined project teams
