IT Project Manager

A key client of mine are currently looking for an IT Project Manager to join there organisation, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of multiple planning IT projects.
This will include establishing business expectations and managing them through to completion.
You will be expected to take responsibility for the scope, schedule, deliverables, budget, quality and the risks for the project
This role will do the project planning, scheduling, allocation of resources and project accounting.
Experience required-:
Experience of managing large Workforce Planning, Rostering and Scheduling IT projects
Experience of line management
Experience in the Workforce planning domain
Having a proven track record of delivery across all of the project life cycle
Managing project teams
QA experience
Experience of working with business users or external client management, communication, negotiation and facilitation skills
Also, you will have-:
Proven delivery experience implementing using the following technologies:-
Employee Rostering & Scheduling platforms (RPP /Lockheed Martin /Leidos solution)
Employee Rostering & Scheduling Data Migration
Implementation of additional system interface requirements for absence management, shift patterns and other allowance payments
Excellent proven stakeholder engagement and management skills
Minimum Qualifications-:
Brilliant communication skills, both verbal or written
University degree qualification in an IT related subject
Strong Negotiation skills
PMP or Prince2 certification
ITIL
