As the Service Delivery Manager, you will play a core role in bridging the gap between clients and providers, during an exciting period of growthThe RoleAs the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the on-going relationship between customer and provider. Ensuring that all relevant KPIs are met and that the relationship remains in place. This will involve the delivery of not only pre-defined KPIs but also any future upgrades and planned service changes.
