A key client of ours is recruiting for an Operations Director to join the business during an exciting time of growth.

The right candidate will be in charge of internal operations on the shop floor, will have good production planning skills and will ultimately develop the team around them.

It is ESSENTIAL that the right candidate has experience in managing growth, is up to date in modern processes (Six Sigma/LEAN/familiar with ERP Systems), and has excellent process control.

It is also necessary that the right candidate comes from an SME background. Operations Directors from bigger companies may find it difficult to adjust to the cultural changes of working for a smaller organisation.
