£40,000 - £45,000 + Car Allowance + Pension + 33 Days Holiday + Day Shift

Wolverhampton, West Midlands (commutable from Birmingham + Stafford + Telford + Walsall + Cannock)

The Role:

-Lead your Shift Managers and Supervisors to hit KPIs

-Coach your team to improve management skills

-Work on Continuous Improvement projects to save money and improve efficiency

The Person:

-Experience in managerial roles and looking for Operations Management

-Experience in 3PL management

-Ability to train and develop managers/supervisors
