We are currently recruiting for Site Manager working for a main contractor on a fit out project. The company have a fantastic client base and continue to win more repeat business.

The company mainly work in the residential and commercial sectors.

They are one of the fastest growing Construction companies.

The project is based North London but have projects all over London.

Main Duties

* To manage the project from shell and core to finish and handover to client

* To keep client informed of all processes and keep them informed of changes

* Report and keep the construction manager informed of the project developments

* To hold client and site meetings

* Manage all health and safety of the project

* Work with tight schedules and deadlines

* To check work on project against drawings

* IT Skills are a must
