Excellent role on offer for a Project Manager, looking to work for a Leading company where you will oversee large projects for Blue Chip clients and play a pivotal part in the company's growth.

Are you a Project Manager from a Construction or interior fit out background? Are you looking to be responsible for spearheading major projects for a leading company?

This company specialise in commercial fit outs for a number of Blue Chip clients such as; Nike, Top Shop, Red Bull and The Design Museum. They offer a range of services from carpentry and joinery to 3D Design and Project Management. Due to their continual success and growth they require a Project Manager to join their expert team.

In this role you will manage projects from conception through to completion, whether it's a high end private kitchen or a full scale commercial fit out. You will be responsible for all client communication, management of costings, appointing subcontracted works and supplier /

client visits.

This role will ideally suit a Project Manager from a Construction background that is looking to join a creative and ambitious company where you will the autonomy to put your mark on each project.

The Role:

* Managing projects from concept to completion

* Management of costings and valuations

* Liaising with clients, suppliers and the production team

* £40'000 - £55'000 + Pension + Training + Benefits

The Person:

* Project Manager from a Construction / interior fit out background

* Proficient in Health & Safety practices

* Must live in London or commutable distance
