TEHCNICAL PROJECT MANAGER / NATO / SC CLEARED / PLANNING NETWORKS / SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS / COMMAND AND CONTROL / COMPUTER ARCHITECT SYSTEMS / IMMEDIATE START

ROLE TITLE: Technical Project Manager

RATE: EUR60 - EUR70 per hour

LOCATION: Bydgoszcz, Poland

CLEARANCE: SC Cleared / NATO Secret

DURATION: 6 months + extensions

DUTIES OF THE ROLE:

* CIS planning and project development of scheduled exercises, trainings, conferences and other events from the NCI Agency side.

* Development of planning documentation related to CIS support for planned events.

* Contributes to the implementation, maintenance and installation processes of software and hardware for events' purposes.

* Identifies scope of work connected with CIS support to different events.

* Stays abreast of technological developments relevant to incumbent's are a of responsibility.

* Contributes to the development of Standard Operating Procedures and Policies related to CIS infrastructure.

* Assesses exercise requirement, develops appropriate technical solutions in coordination with Agency's Service Lines and customer HQ;

* The incumbent may be required to perform other related duties and/or TDY assignments as directed.

SKILLS KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

* Minimum 6 years recent experience in all lifecycle aspects of Information Systems aimed to achieve effective system development and deployment for NATO structure.

* Experience in planning IT networks and infrastructure to include LANs and WANs.

* Capability and skills of converting evolving military operational requirements into Information Systems Requirements.

* Extensive knowledge of Systems Analysis principles to direct and guide Information Systems development.

* Broad and in-depth technical knowledge and experience in distributed Information Systems as they are applied to modern information management and Command and Control Information Systems.

* Detailed knowledge of computer architecture systems.

* Working experience as a Team member.

* Experience in Network technologies.

* Knowledge of various VMware products (VSphere, V.Cloud Director).

* Knowledge of Microsoft products
