Scrum Master/Project Manager/ Chelmsford, England/ United Kingdom/ £35,000 - £45,000

An industry leading software company in the automotive sector who specialises in end-to-end e-business solutions internationally by solving complex business activities and providing innovative ways to deliver information. The company is undergoing a rapid expansion and are looking for an individual who has commercial experience delivering projects using Agile. Do you strive to achieve successful conclusions of a when undergoing critical business projects, are you an influential and valuable team. This position is the fit for you.

Role

Working effectively and communicating with all Agile team members ensuring all features such as User stories are agreed and are delivered within an iterative framework. Using motivating methods to educate teams to work within the Agile framework achieving the best solutions. Collaborating with a Product Owner on priorities and backlog refinement. Understanding drive deliverables within Scrum team. Being a big contributor with other Agile Team Facilitators ensuring cross team coordination by heling run daily stand ups, sprints Kanban boards, demos and retrospectives. Take ownership and deliver critical business projects.

Requirements

* Good agile experience who can facilitate the process via agile ceremonies

* Experience of a full SDLC

* Scrum Master
