Lead Maintenance Engineer (Continental Shift Pattern)

Coventry (commutable from Birmingham, Leamington Spa, Solihull, Nuneaton, Rugby, Daventry)

£40,000 + Development + Pension

Do you have experience leading a team of engineers in a FMCG/Manufacturing environment and looking for a hands-on, senior position with a globally renowned manufacturer?

This is a great role for an experienced maintenance engineer looking to pursue a lead role where you will have your own team of engineers. You must have experience in a FMCG or Manufacturing industry of some kind.

The company themselves are huge players in their industry and have a global presence. Due to a revamp in operations and ambitious new goals, are looking to recruit a Lead Maintenance Engineer to play a big part in their plans.

In this role you will be lead from the front to direct and supervise the engineers on shift to ensure maximum results. This is still a hands-on position where you will have a proactive approach to breakdowns and repairs. There will also be many continuous improvement and LEAN projects for you to get involved with. The shift is 2 days, 2 nights and then 4 off.

The Role:

*Lead Maintenance Engineer

*Directing and Supervising other Engineers on Shift

*Hands on, pro-active approach to maintenance and repairs

*Continuous Improvement and LEAN Project Work

*4 on 4 off Days/Nights Shift (7 - 7)

*Experienced Maintenance Engineer

*Experience Leading a Team in a FMCG/Manufacturing Industry
