Site Manager - Berkshire

We are seeking an experienced, professional and reliable residential Site Manager to join a well-respected house builder.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the UKs largest house builders

As a Site Manager on one of their housing projects you will report to a visiting Contracts Manager and Construction Director. You need to be a great team [player and held a similar job with another house builder. You'll have experience of managing a team of subcontractors to build quality houses on time and within budget. You will need to be adaptable and strong in your management approach with a consistent approach to customer care.

Experience sought

Confident leadership on site, especially from a health and safety perspective.

Previous experience as a Site Manager, ideally within the house building sector.

Up to date CSCS card (black management card), along with current SMSTS.

Other qualifications such as a BTEC or NVQ 4 in Site Management or equivalent and a current first aid qualification would be an advantage.

Remuneration

Paying up to £50-60k per annum salary, life insurance, company car or car allowance, healthcare, generous bonus, pension 3-9% contribution that is matched and other benefits.
